According to the strict laws passed by the Mexican government only the hearts of the blue weber agave „tequilanaweber“ from the province of Jalisco can be used in the making of tequila. Sierra Tequila is produced in the family-owned DestileríaSierra Unidaswhich was built in the late 1970’s. The art and passion of producing SIERRA Tequila has been passed down from generation to generation to the current Master Distiller Rodolfo Gonzalez Gonzalez.
