A When the required number of tickets have been sold.(Depending on vehicle,it could be 1000 or more) Q What makes this raffle so special? A A maximum number of tickets are sold per vehicle. We offer a range of vehicles and ticket prices are tailored to suit all budgets. Q How will I know if I have won? A Upon completion of the draw you will be notified by phone. All our participants are notified of the winning numbers by mail. Q How can I place my Pre-order? A The payment shall be made on ordering / collection. The pre- order shall be cancelled 24 hours from ETA given. Q How/Where/When can I collect pre-order items? A Report to the appropriate Pick-up Points when you arrive at Muscat Duty Free(Departure = at Customer Desk, Arrivals = at Cash Point). Your items will be ready and waiting for you!
